Avneet sees therapy as a space where people can return to themselves—where the noise of expectation softens, and what has been buried can be seen.
She works alongside individuals to uncover the resilience and strengths they already hold, supporting them in making sense of their experiences and moving toward healing in a way that feels authentic to them.
Avneet is a trauma-informed and queer-affirmative therapist with over 5 years of experience and 5000+ client-facing hours. Her work is grounded in a relational approach, drawing from Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural, Self-Compassion, and Mindfulness-based therapies.
